At simpleRAW we do not use either preservatives, additives, colouring, sugar, dairy or gluten. By using only nature’s own materials we offer an honest and simple alternative to eating out in Copenhagen.

Everything on our menu is vegan and gluten free. In other words, we do not use any kind of lactose, dairy products or eggs. In our kitchen we use all kinds of nuts, seeds, grains and (gluten free) soy. Therefore, our dishes may contain traces of nuts.
GLUTEN FREE SOY
We use gluten free soy in: Paprika mayonnaise, hot sauce, chilli and ginger dressing, peanut butter dressing, BBQ portobello mushroom, tempeh, kimchi, chilli almonds and soy milk.
We use almonds in: Passionfruit cake, triple chocolate cake, chilli almonds and almond milk.
We use cashew nuts in: Passionfruit cake, peanut butter cake, triple chocolate cake, kale chips and cheese dip for nachos.
We use peanuts in: Peanut butter dressing and peanut butter cake.
We use walnuts in: Pesto.
We use sesame seeds in: Sesame dressing, falafels and as topping on the Korean Bowl.
